The Sovereign Oceans Symposium is a project of The World Peace Organization for the One World Government.
We are working to create an international government based on the U.S. Constitution and the cooperation of nature. The international government will have eleven departments, including the Department of the Oceans.
Each of the departments will be autonomous and sovereign, and made up of experts in their fields from every nation. They will advise the branches of the international government, and work with individual nations to help resolve their crises.
With shared research, the departments will be able to solve any crisis.
